Most figured Adrian Peterson's best days were well behind him in 2017 and then the future Hall of Famer found the Fountain of Youth last season as he eclipsed the 1,000 yard mark and was 7th in the League in Rushing Yards and signed a 2 year extension with the Redskins. Peterson donned this "Nike size 42" jersey when the Redskins fell to New Orleans October 8, 2018. Unwashed, the jersey has dimpled ball mark remnants from Peterson running with the ball tight against the numbers. A few black facemask marks are located on the front of the shoulders. The numbers are in white-on-yellow tackle twill while "Peterson" is affixed to a tightly cropped nameplate. The collar features a Nike size tag with "2017" and "+2 Length" suspended tags.
