This blue and gray home jersey is attributed to being worn by Brady during his breakout 2001 season. His number “12” is sewn on the front, back, and shoulders in white, gray, and red tackle twill. “BRADY” is sewn across the back shoulders in white tackle twill over a matching blue nameplate. “Flying Elvis” Patriot logos and white Adidas logos are sewn on each sleeve. A “PATRIOTS” patch is sewn on the chest just below an NFL shield patch. An Adidas tag with attached size “48” and “01” flags is sewn on the front left tail of the jersey. The jerseys shows light overall use with light abrasions. This item comes with a LOA from MEARS, who has assigned this jersey a grade of A5.

Brady debuted in 2000, appearing in one game as he learned the offense behind incumbent starter Drew Bledsoe. It was in 2001 that Brady seized the starting job, starting 14 games and throwing for 2,843 with 18 TD passes. Brady’s first Super Bowl victory, a 20-17 win over the “Greatest Show On Turf” St. Louis Rams, came at the end of the 2001 season. Now in his 18th season, Brady remains one of the absolute best quarterbacks in the league, and is a lock for induction into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
