Destined to be the cornerstone of a collection, this Champion Chicago Bulls red road jersey was worn by Michael Jordan final season before his (first) retirement. All numbers, logos, patches, and the name appear to be proper and accurate, with “Bulls” and “23” on the front and the number and “Jordan” on the back. In our opinion this item appears to show characteristics of game use. The jersey has been authenticated by MEARS, SCP, and noted Michael Jordan expert Alan Meza. He won his first NBA championship with the Bulls, and followed that achievement with two more titles in the following years before abruptly retired from basketball before the beginning of the 1993–94 NBA season to pursue a new venture in minor league baseball. He returned to the Bulls in March 1995 and led them to three additional championships.
