This all-black first baseman’s glove features a pro-style single post triple T-bar web and a triple laced palm hinge. The Rawlings logo and manufacturers tag are red and white while the "GOLD GLOVE SERIES" is done in gold, an honor bestowed on Gold Glove winners. “Rawlings” and “The Gold Glove Co.” "Jeff Bagwell" is embroidered in gold stitching. The glove also has "Rawlings", "Gold Glove", "Heart of the Hide", "For the Professional Player", and "PRO-JB" stamped in gold. This glove shows moderate signs of use. The first baseman's glove is accompanied by a LOA from baseball player Lee Smith who acquired the glove directly from Bagwell. The glove has numbered matching holograms with the Lee Smith LOA.
Bagwell was one of the most dominant hitters in baseball in his prime, winning the 1994 NL MVP Award with an absurd Triple Crown slash line of .368/39/116 accumulated in only 110 games during the strike-shortened campaign. Bagwell played his final season in 2005, and was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame as a part of its Class of 2017.
