This amazing photo matched St. Louis Rams uniform was worn by Kurt Warner on October 15, 2000 versus the Atlanta Falcons. Both the jersey and pants show appropriate use with multiple repairs. On the left inseam is a materials tag with washing instructions. On the front left tail is a “reebok” manufacturer’s tag with two flag tags attached that read, “50” and “6” L.B.” respectively. On the inside below the rear collar is a strip tag with “00-50” printed on it. On the v-neck is the official “NFL” shield logo embroidered and below reads, “Rams”. The player number “13” appears on the front, on the back and on both shoulders. These are done in millennium gold on white tackle twill. Across the back reads the player name, “WARNER” in white tackle twill on a navy blue nameplate. Below the player number on each shoulder is a Reebok logo embroidered and a Rams team logo. The gold Puma pants are tagged size "36", "SHORT" and display a large repair behind the left though area. This is an incredible and equally as rare game used set from one of the most storied and beloved quarterbacks in the history of the NFL.
