This Detroit Lions home jersey was worn by Barry Sanders in two games during the 1994 NFL Season which included a contest versus the Minnesota Vikings on September 11th, 1994 and on October 30th, 1994 versus the New York Giants where he rushed for 146 yards and added 22 receiving yards. The jersey has Wilson manufacturer's tagging with a two adjacent flag tags that read "46" indicating size and "DY" indicating the date of manufacturing. The jersey sports silk screened numbers on the front back and shoulders along with a blue tackle twill font on a white nameplate. The jersey bolsters a large 75th anniversary patch on the right breast and even more unique is the stitching outline from the large and round Lions anniversary that was worn during the previous season which indicates the possibility of the jersey being worn over multiple seasons.
